Hi, I´m new here at this forum, and I was searching the net looking if there was someone else that hates the all day barking "watch" dogs that plague my neighborhood here in Brazil (I live in the south region). As is well known, Brazil is a no men´s land, there is no law enforcement, and criminals are not punished as they should be, being the politicians the worst class of MthrFcks, and I am sure that is correct to assume that all, that is wrong and ugly, is directed connected to them (incompetence, greed and total lack of respect for the voting people). Little I know that the situation (regarding barking dogs) is not different in USA than is here, and that law protects the MF that force upon us their anti-social behavior of having an all day barking dog. It is beyond my intelectual understanding that when you complaint about that barking dog, the retaliation is always the first measure the criminal dog owner takes, instead of obeying a simple rule of good neighborhood friendliness. That puts us with no other solution but a self defense protection against those that insist attacking us with their gross stupidity and lack of class (yes those that have a dog confined as a property and don´t respect others rights to silence are classless little people - society scums). I´m sure sonner or later this situation will be resolved by a simple law, but until then our health is attacked in a daily basis without any sympathy by the fellow friends and even family, they just don´t undestand why it is such a chore. I think if a medical test conducted with some test subjects regarding exposure to an all day barking dog(s) , and the results showed degradation of a persons health, that could be used as a court law suit against the owners, municipality authorities and all people that keep this problem from being extinguished. I just don´t understand how a dog is more important than a human being that is sufferering, and why those people that thinks their dogs are family members are not institutionalized as in mental handicaped and anti-social behavior. Why should humanity reach a point of degradation so high for the sake of a pet , and why we should put up with this is an inimaginable scenario, and yet there we have it, the sacred cow of ocident society, this is humiliating at the very least, and church should address this issue very soon, for God´s sake. Animal cruelty is bad, but what some people and their untrained dogs are doing to fellow human beings is far worst, and seems nobody is addressing this problem the way it should be, as an epidemic treat to peoples health. Those that doesn´t understand that repetitive noise forced upon ones ears are bad for health should have attended school a bit longer. Plain and simple, it is a matter of an epidemic treat. I am not against people having dogs or cats over their houses (yuuuk) but when that attacks directly the right for peace and quiet enviroment of others, then they are asking for a war. No one should be exposed to this humiliation another day, or for years to come, it is just not right. Well it´s been nice venting my irritation a bit, thanks for listening. Meanwhile I have Groban and Mario Frangoulis, cranked up in my stereo, he he he....
